got some unturkey photos up. been trying to get my photos up on my photo page in a more timely fashion. been a bit stressed and exhausted, but managing to get some work done at work (whadda concept). been getting my mac to hot sync with my palm using the ir port! woo hoo.

other than that, my links have tended toward the mac useful, and not much else. more eye candy soon. funny developments in my life keep me on my toes. but I'm so tired right now...

rescue remedy time?
just back from not doing laundry -- went to bleu's family birthday dinner thing, and had a lovely time, lotsa food, dogs, and food. oh, and the family was nice.

for some reason, I'm worked up and anxious. decaf? dammit. no more decaf! been trying to lower my caffeine intake (by drinking instant coffee -feh!- who's want more than a cuppa that?!?), mebbe the decaf was too much. so I'm sitting here, trying, unsuccessfully, to wean myself off the tv.

been watching too much tv lately. perhaps the holiday blahs are getting to me a bit. oh wait, I'm saved! ER! (yes, it's pathetic, but don't point, it's my life...) sigh sigh sigh...

um...melinda's moving into baby central, and one of the babies (w/mom) is moving out. sadly, she's really cool, but it'll be great for dees to live with miss m again.

yeah, and I'm trying to enjoy the good times. it would be easier without the pressure of holidays, but oh well. and HEY -- lisa sure could use a date at the wedding she's going to. so the 411 on the 617 is 0. no operators are standing by, and i will not be connected with a real live human who's happy to assist me. i kind of thought that might happen, but i had to find out for sure. tv rules supreme, then work, and then really, who has time for anything else? but i'm not bitter. well, i won't be for long anyway. :-)

had a nice night out (as in, not in my house, for a change) with the boy with the banjo on friday. he wasn't psycho at all! (gosh, am i settling for too little? :-))

things are just going pretty good, except i have to figure out who to have thanksgiving with. grrrr. minor family dramas, but nothing new. check out my earthquake dream. sounds prophetic, let's hope.

things here are good but hectic. blew my back out or something, so trying to be really good about posture and such. lisa and I are doing some hard conversing, but we're both still standing, so that's good. work is busy and disorganized, so I'm trying to get my head back into things so i can clean shit up.

learning a lot from having to install shit on my pb, and trying to get as many shortcuts under my belt as possible to save my shoulder/arms/wrists/hands.

my plan now is once my work committment is over (jan-feb-mar or so), put the house up for sale and once it sells, take the $$ and head west. was talking to nishan's housemate today about the whole job search process and he said to put my resume up on monster and dice and maybe someone would fly me out there and/or pay re-location. hmm. good idea.
